ATMOSPHERIC POLLUTANT DISPERSION
Guest instructor, San Jose State University
I designed and taught a 3 week unit on atmospheric pollutant transport for a sophomore-level undergraduate course in the Dept. of Climate Science & Meteorology, at the invitation of Professor Eugene Cordero. I designed a semi-independent project based on a real EPA case study, and I created a set of graphing tools in Python to help students develop an intuition for plume behavior (pictured).

PRINCIPLES OF ENVIRONMENTAL CHEMISTRY
Student, ENGR 312: Science & Engineering Course Design
I took a project based course in which I designed a semester-length course called Principles of Environmental Chemistry, which can be taught as an upper level undergraduate or graduate level course. I developed a detailed syllabus (starting from a Post-it map, pictured at right) and full course materials for one week of the class.
